Divisional Manager – Construction & Professional – London
Up to £34,000 basic
Fantastic uncapped commission scheme (No threshold)

- Very successful and well established privately owned organisation who are enjoying huge demand for their services, which has been the catalyst for their new branch openings in Manchester and London during the past 8 months
- Specialist within white collar professional/technical recruitment - Contracts & Perms
- Preferred supplier and managed agent to many organisations.
Position
- A billing Divisional Manager role whilst leading a team of 2 experienced white collar contract recruiters supplying across all disciplines with design/project teams that operate within M&E Contracting and Private Practices – typical clients but not limited to are: NG Bailey, Balfour Beatty etc….
- Responsible for the day-day sales and leadership, whilst targeted to grow the team to 6+ strong
- The role can offer you genuine scope to progress in to more senior management roles
Requirement
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years leadership experience, or an experienced Senior/Principal consultant looking for that next step in their career
- Must have recruitment experience within Professional/Technical Contract or Interim recruitment – I.T & Telco/Technology/Engineering etc….
- A high desire for sales, mixed with the ability to build professional relationships at all levels.
- A tenacious and pragmatic business acumen
- An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- React in a targeted environment
