Researcher – Executive Search & Selection – London

£20,000 - £30,000 basic salary

Client
- The founders are entrepreneurial and hugely ambitious
- Their core business is Executive Search & Selection and Interim recruitment with mandates in the UK and Internationally.

Responsibility
- A challenging but very rewarding and balanced working environment that offers real rewards for real success
- Initially to operate and support across all practice areas – Media / Technology & Telecoms / Legal / Professional Services / Energy
- Commencing as a Researcher/Associate, you will be involved with the full project life cycle - headhunting, name gathering, market mapping, and detailed competitor analysis, generating leads and database management
- Proven Associates will then migrate and become Executive Search Consultant’s if this is your chosen career path and specialise in a particular vertical (or you can stay as a career researcher).
Requirement
- Ideally the successful candidate will have a professional degree with 1 year executive recruitment experience
- You are motivated by the need for greater challenges, responsibility and accountability
- You will have Executive Search in any of the Practice areas for either permanent or interim solutions
- You will be a self-starter and a team player
